Wwii Japan

I heard Indochina (which is ...?), Indochina Burma and China, but I can not get a straight answer. I also can not find anything on the internet about this country was liberated from Japan during WW2. Help?
Indochina is modern Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Other countries have been liberated the Dutch East Indies (Indonesia), China, Thailand, Burma, Hong Kong, New Guinea, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, various islands in the Pacific and Melanesian countries such as the New Hebrides (Now Vanuatu), Solomon Islands, New Britain, Bouganville and probably some I have not mentioned.
