I'm getting really worried about my girlfriend.. Maybe cutting herself?

I'm normally wouldn't ask a site for relationship help but I'm so concerned. We've been dating for a little over a year and everything has been fine. The other day I noticed a gash on her hip and she said she hit s corner. I shrugged it off, then I started noticing cuts on her wrists which she blames the cat. I don't like her lying to me so I called her out on it and she cried got angry and changed the topic. Afterwards I noticed blood on her sweater sleeve so I walked over and lifted her sleeve and she said shed punched a vase, no lie there.. I love her so much. I wish shed just realise that I'm trying to help...I'm 18 and shes17 if it matters. I don't understand why she's so emotional lately. Everytime I bring it up she changes the topic. How can I get her to hear me out?? Thank you.

Don't bring up the sores in conversation, don't look at them, don't think about them.
You need to think about what she is going through, the physical issues aren't important right now.
Tell her you want to watch a movie alone, get her in a quiet, dark room, have some tissues close, some chocolate probably. Get a chick flick or something sweet, then just make her tell you what's going on in her life. Tell her how important she is to you. Make her feel like a million bucks with that, tell her that you'll be there no matter what.
Just put your arm around her and start talking, hopefully she'll be able to open up.
