With the awful events in Burma-do you question your faith?

If those people who died were religious , does it mean that God did not care for them as much as people who live in countries where natural disasters are rare?
Or does it mean those people(in Burma) were not as absolute in their faith as people from other nations?
Your thoughts are most welcome , in reading Yahoo answers i always garner a sense of schadenfraude(sic) from religious people who hold their faith so highly, do they feel they have more rights than another follower of Jesus/Mohammed,etc ... because they were born in a country with a higher standard of living?

im questioned my religion when i lost my baby and then i was told my second may not live so im now a in bi tween person i think the same as you why do all the bad things happen to so many usually the good as well i hate the fighting over religion i sometimes think if it was not there maybe life will be simple we will all be the same
