this is an old (50's? 60's?) black and white movie (foreign?) about an orphan who finds a lifesize crucifix in an attic and starts visiting it to talk to Jesus. I believe he's being raised by priests in a monastery.
It is "Marcelino Pan y Vino" and I think is from Spain, I remember watching this as a kid, very cute.
