Rozen Maiden question?

In the anime, the 7th Rozen Maiden died and the Rozen Mysticas got returned to the original dolls.

In the manga, Souseiseki and HinaIchigo did die, but it was continued with extra chapters, in another world, a world in the future where Jun didn't "wind" (remember the beginning of the series, with the letter) or in other words, Jun haven't meet Shinku. (SPOILER) future Jun found a book named "how to make a girl". Future Jun made a doll body by using the book and Shinku's Mystica escaped from the past, into the future, into the doll that future Jun made. The Past Jun and the other dolls are in a war with the 7th doll in the other world. Future Jun dont know about the Rozen Maidens, so Past Jun is texting messages to Future Jun information. And then Suiginto appeared in the future world. Future Jun made another doll, the 7th doll appeared, and then Suiseiseki appeared, and Souseiseki's Mystica went into the second fake doll, the 7th doll dies; at the end, all the surviving doll went back to the past world.
