I can't seem to find a (reliable) seller anywhere and all the shops that used to stock it seem to have stopped doing so, saying something about the company that makes and exports it (Lane ltd. I believe) and how it's "going through changes like other companies."
Samson is by far my favorite brand and if it were to stop being produced it would dissapoint me greatly.
Be advised that the new tobacco tax being introduced into congress will increase any "pipe cut" tobacco tax by about $24 a pound.
Buy what ever you can afford to now and cellar it away for that rainy day that isn't far off.
