Who knows of a good heavy duty copper cleaner?

My husband built a copper baking rack about 10 years ago, which has been sitting outside. I've been trying to clean it with Brasso and Tarn-x, but it takes too long, and by the time I get around to working on it again, the parts I've cleaned before have already started to change. I'd like something that will clean it quickly so I can do it all at once and lacquer it when I'm done
