First, the ancient Egyptians were not a lost tribe of Aryans. They were most likely not "black" either.
Ancient Egypt was geographically where the Hamitic and Semitic peoples met and to a certain extent the "Black" race of sub-saharan Africa to the south. The Hamitic and Semitic are both sub-divisions of the "White" Caucasian race. "White" consists of 6 sub groups, the Semites, the Hamites, the Finns, and the Indo-European, which swallowed the other 2, the Mediterrenean and Caucasian.
The Aryans were part of the Indo-European sub-group of "White" and had not historically migrated that south yet.
Realistically, the people were a blend of Hamites, Semites, and possibly some of the sub-saharan "Black" race that migrated northward.
